M2 CRE is the parent company of M Properties Group, founded in 2007 to serve commercial landlords and tenants in Manhattan.  As Brooklyn grew, we shifted our focus to the borough to support our underserved clientele.  Eventually, our team settled into Bushwick as its home market and became the neighborhood's most active commercial sales and leasing team.  

Jamie and Max have over 25 years of combined experience in both commercial and residential real estate.  Our specialized approach of dividing landlords and tenants into two markets allows us to cover a large geographical area, such as the entirety of North Brooklyn.

Max Lu has over 15 years of New York City commercial real estate experience, representing owners of walk-ups to ground-ups.  He regularly exceeds comparable transaction records and credits his success to in-depth research, effective use of technology, proven strategies, cooperation among industry peers, and the M2 team.  Mr. Lu holds a B.A. in Economics and Business Management from Boston University.
