FACT: Rent is the largest single expense

a tenant can easily be taken advantage of.

As a client you will be presented with all
viable options specific to your space requirement. However, this
could sometimes be 50 spaces, or simply none. In the case that it's
50, tenants rely on us to select the best options, and if nothing's
available now, then tenants can expect to be informed quickly when
the right option comes along.
Like any top broker in the city, we can provide
you with basic information on nearly all leasing opportunities,
but not every broker can save you time. The fact is that
our tenants make an offer for every 2-3 spaces we show (on average).
One reason is because we know which spaces work. Another is because
we find out which ones don't. The difference is that we work for
our clients by performing detailed research, instead of having our
clients go to work with us on a city tour. Our observations

an enviable lease agreement and being locked into overpriced rent
