About
Us
M
Properties was founded in 2007 as a real estate brokerage primarily
focused on representing retail leasing transactions in Manhattan.
Today we still have the exact same focus, and we're performing better
than ever.
Fortunately
for our clients, we realized early on that there is no guaranteed
formula to lease a retail space. Of course there are good methods
and bad methods, but the best method must be creative and
independently developed for each retail space.
At
M Properties, we not only work to lease the store, but we work to
make sure that the ideal tenants in the market have fully reviewed
the opportunity. Admittedly, it is a large pool of candidates at
times, but when our landlord clients see our marketing plan tailored
specific to the property, they agree in confidence that it will
yield the desired results.
Max
Dylan Lu is the founder of M Properties Group. As an entrepreneur
himself, Max and his clients have a special kind of kinship that
can only exist between two business owners. Naturally, Max has represented
a number of local retailers and first generation landlords, simultaneously
providing his clients with research information required to make
long-term decisions.
He has worked in the local market for over 5 years and specializes
in retail leasing advocacy - securing competitive retail leases
for landlords, growing retailers, new concepts, restaurateurs, and
nightlife operators.
Max’s
record is unmatched. Over the course of his career, he has successfully
leased 100% of his exclusive retail space listings while representing
the landlord. His approach is direct, efficient, and effective.
Both Landlords and Tenants appreciate his candid and relaxed nature,
his integrity and thoroughness.
He
created Dreamtours, the industry’s first high definition video
marketing tool and pioneered Fixed Fee Marketing, an alternative
solution for Landlords in this tumultuous economy.
